The Wolf Tooth Post to Flatmount Brake Adapter allows flatmount brakes to be fitted to a frame or fork designed for postmount brakes. This is an important component for cyclists who want to run a road groupset on a mountain bike frame. It is important to note that this is a +20mm adapter, which means that a 140mm postmount native size will only work with a 160mm rotor, just as a 160mm postmount native size will only work with a 180mm rotor and so on. Wolf Tooth post to flatmount brake adapters are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. These are sold individually.

- Requires at least 13 mm between the top of the brake hub and frame/fork
- Contains (2x) M5 x 13 mm flat head screws for flat mounted brake calipers and (2x) M6 x 15 mm hexagon socket screws for mounting
