Description
With its completely new tread design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. With the side lugs of the legendary DHF, which have been slightly widened for even better cornering grip, it has extreme cornering grip. The center lugs have beveled lugs for better acceleration. Notches on the lugs improve transition when turning into corners. Part of the center lugs have a paddle shape, they dig in under hard braking and help keep the bike under control.
The SuperTacky tread is the reference for grip and performance in freeride and downhill tires, in short the basis of the most successful DH tires in the world. It consists of a base compound and the SuperTacky compound, which is extremely grippy in all ground conditions.
The reinforced carcass offers extra protection for the most demanding terrain.
